Annual Balance of the fulfillment of the Work Objectives of the year 2020

This past January 28, the Annual Balance of compliance with the 2020 Work Objectives was held, carried out under special conditions due to COVID19, for which it was transmitted via videoconference with the representation of the three Base Business Units.

The premises of the debate were focused on the importance of "Innovating" and "Thinking" differently to achieve different results of the management of the company that guarantee sustainability and self-management in this new context of the Monetary Regulation.

Other approaches were the need to continue working on the fulfillment of strategic planning and to continue growing and enhancing the lines of work, as well as the synergy between the BBUs.

Exploring new markets and finding internal solutions to boost our productions, the computerization of the processes as the basis of the change in management and the training of the workforce to achieve the quality standards of the productions were several of the objectives in which worked in 2020 and that will continue to be a goal to be met in 2021.
