EPROMAP celebrates the 2024 Innovation Forum

The Havana Metal Production Company, EPROMAP, is celebrating the 2024 Innovation Forum to recognize the drive of our workers who, in a creative way, apply science and technological innovation in new initiatives and ideas to provide solutions to the problems we face on a daily basis, contributing to increasing efficiency and providing effectiveness on the economic and social level of our company.
A representation of the different Regulation and Control Areas and a representation of the Base Business Unit of Metal Productions attended the event. Four presentations were made at the Central Office, the UEB of Various Productions and Carpentry, which obtained the following results:

* "Solution to the substitution of conventional imported materials in false ceilings", from the UEB of Various Productions and Carpentry, a work that presented a constructive solution with numerous economic advantages, which substitutes imports and which encourages the productive chain between the UEB of the Company.

* "Study to know the levels of quality of life related to health and morbidity in EPROMAP", from the Human Capital Directorate, a necessity to reduce its incidence and increase the well-being and quality of life of our workers.

* "Implementation of the EPROMAP Digital Signature", from the Development Directorate, a solution in the organizational field that provides greater efficiency, better security in the exchange of critical information, speed in the processing of the same and allows cost savings in the management of processes.

Category Mention
* "Adaptation of the printer toner rod to the clutch striker rod of the SUZUKI AX100 motorcycle", from the Development Department, a solution that allowed the safe use and operation of the equipment, as well as constituting savings in repair costs.
